Osho Mandala Meditation
Mandala Meditation is another powerful, cathartic technique that creates a circle of energy that results in a natural centering. There are four stages of 15 minutes each.

Osho Active Meditation, a new way taking care of both the outer and the inner you. Each program starts with a physical activity such as shaking, dancing or humming, and is followed by relaxation and stillness. This is when meditation can happen-a time to just be aware of your bodily sensations, thoughts, and feelings in a self-accepting way without judgment.
Meditation is a state of relaxed alertness. It is a tool to clear and calm your mind. It's good for you mentally, and many studies show that meditation promotes better health.
